Terms & Conditions of Promotion
1. This promotion is open to UK mainland, Northern Ireland and Channel Islands residents only.
2. All completed entries must be received by 14.07.08
3. No entries will be accepted after this date.
4. No responsibility will be accepted for technical issues resulting in entries not being received.
5. The draw will take place seven days after the closing date and the name drawn will win the prize.
6. This promotion is limited to one entry per person.
7. The winner will be informed in writing within 7 days and prizes dispatched within 28 days of the draw.
8. The winners name will not be disclosed without prior consent.
9. The prize is not transferable and no cash or credit alternative is available.
10. The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
11. No person who is under 18, or who is an employee of Oregon Scientific (UK) Limited (‘the Promoter’), or who is in the immediate family of any such employee, or who is otherwise directly connected with the promotion, is eligible to enter the draw.
12. By entering the free prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have read and accepted these terms and conditions.
