The clock is not displaying the time
Ensure the battery insulation tabs have been taken out (small plastic strips). Check the batteries are inserted correctly Check the batteries are charged If there is a reset button press this. Usually located on back of clock. If all of these options fail, and the clock is still within the 12 month warranty period please return the clock to the retailer. How do I convert the 12Hr clock to 24HR time?
This clock is sold internationally and unfortunately the UK version does not have the 24HR facility.
When I push the unit back for the backlight the clock resets?
The backlight uses up lots of power; therefore if the batteries are low there is not enough power to display the time too.
The backlight is not working, why?
The batteries need replacing or it is a faulty unit.
How long should the batteries last?
The batteries should last about 6-8 months.
The backlight keeps flashing every 6 seconds. Why?
The NIGHTFINDER is on; therefore it will continue to flash until it is turned off.
I have changed the batteries but the clock is still not working
You will also need to change the button cell inside the clock

Try resetting the unit and waiting for 24 hrs to pick up the signal Try moving the clock to a different location in case something is interfering with the signal
The time on my clock is 1 hr ahead of GMT
The clock is a European version tuned to the Frankfurt signal The clock cannot be retuned to the Rugby signal. The UK time can be displayed in the Zone area but the alarm will always work from the Frankfurt signal. For more information see General Info – European Units
Can you reset the time manually?
Yes the time can be set manually. You can do this by selecting and holding the DOWN arrow button for a few seconds, the auto function is disabled and the time can be set manually.
How long can the projector be left turned on for?
The projector can be turned on for a whole year without burning the LED inside. However, the brightness of the LCD would be diminished by about 20% after being turned on for 1 year.
How do you set the alarm?
Press the 24HR button for at least 3 secs till the lower time is flashing. Set the hour then press 24HR button and set the minute then confirm with the 24HR button.
I cannot set the alarm or use the features of the clock.
Set the lock on the back to the unlocked position.
How do you set the alarm for a different time Mon-Fri and Sat-Sun
Alarm 1 should be enabled on Sun evening and set to eg 7:00 am and then disabled on Fri evening Alarm 2 should be enabled on Fri evening and set to eg 8:00 am and then disabled ion Sun evening
The AM/FM radio works fine until I plug in the mains adaptor then I get continual interference on the radio.
Unfortunately there is no solution it may be advisable to try exchanging the product.
How to use the radio as an alarm wakeup.
To use the radio as an alarm 1. Press alarm to display the alarm setting 2. Alarm setting appears 3. Press and hold Alarm button for 2 seconds 4. Alarm hours flash 5. Use the + or – keys to set hours 6. Press Alarm button 7. Alarm minutes flash 8. Use the + or – keys to set minutes 9. Press alarm 10. Use the + or – keys to select radio signal 11. Choose the pre-selected station by pressing station 12. Press the + or – to change the volume 13. Switch off radio
